The finish on this wheel is achieved through several different phases. The finishing process begins with a black powder coat foundation. This is followed by a translucent silver which allows the black foundation to become visible through the silver, producing the color hyper silver. The final stage consists of two layers of clear coat. This wheel has a very professional appearance. Upon completion of powder coating, an injection molded polymer insert is applied to the wheel. This insert is coated using a vacuum metalization process where the evaporated aluminum particles adhere to the polymer and condense to form a uniform layer that has a bright chrome appearance. This state of the art technology provides a refined look for your vehicle.
